Do you deliver cookies?
Yes! We deliver cookies daily using third-party delivery apps, including UberEats, DoorDash, and GrubHub. We also deliver larger catering orders (a minimum of 50 cookies) if the delivery address is within a 20-mile radius of any of our six locations. Please note that we charge a flat delivery fee of $20.00 for any delivery that is within this radius.
Where can I find nutritional information?
Nutritional information is listed under each cookie on the Menu page.
What do I do if my order is incorrect?
If you placed your order through a third-party delivery app, such as UberEats, DoorDash, or GrubHub, please report the incorrect order to them directly through their app. We do not have the ability to issue direct refunds for orders that come through these apps.
If you made a purchase at one of our stores, please Contact Us, and we will correct any mistakes that have been made.
Do you mail cookies?
This is in the works! We would love to be able to ship our cookies nationwide, but we are still working out some of the logistics to ensure that our cookies stay fresh while in transit.
Can you wrap cookies individually?
Yes, upon request! The cost to wrap cookies individually is $0.25/cookie.
If you are looking to order less than 50 individually wrapped cookies, you can just come to any of our four locations and our staff will be able to help you on-site. If you are looking to add individual wrapping to catering order placed online, you can select the individually wrapped option through our Order page.
What is your chef’s special?
Our chef’s special is a unique offering (not part of our standard menu) that our amazing bakers come up with! We aim to rotate our chef’s special monthly so that we can offer some variety and new flavors to try. You can find out current Chef Special on our Monthly Special page.
Do your cookies contain nuts or nut products?
Some of our cookies contain nuts or nut products. Those cookies include:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (peanut)
Birthday Cake (almond)
Sweet & Salty (almond)
Vegan Chocolate Chip (almond)
Vegan Cookies & Cream (almond)
IMPORTANT NOTE: All of our cookies are baked in the same facility! Though we take precautions to sanitize all equipment in between bakes, there is always a slight chance of cross-contact with nut products.
Can I pay for cookies ahead of time and have someone else pick them up?
Yes! You can use our online Order page to pay for your order and leave instructions detailing who is going to pick your order up, when they will be picking it up, and from which location.
If your order size is 50 or more cookies, you can also request that we deliver the order as an option on our Order page. Please note that your delivery address must be within a 20-mile radius of either our Everett or Seattle location, and we charge a flat delivery fee of $20.00 for any delivery within that radius.
Can you accommodate special requests for cookies?
We generally cannot accommodate requests for cookie customization yet (things like different sizes or shapes, custom designs, cream filling, cookie birthday cakes, etc.). Two customizations that we can support with enough notice are:
Specific colors for the sprinkles on our birthday cake cookie to match your event or brand; and
Bringing back one of our monthly specials for your order.
